Job description

  • Specialty: Anesthesiologist
  • Practice Setting: OR/Surgery Dept. Trauma level 3
  • Dates/Schedule: Beginning ASAC for 3-6 months with the option to extend
  • Case Mix: General, Ortho, Vascular, Head Spine, Neuro, OB, Regional. No hearts and no peds required.
  • # of OR's: 12
  • Support Staff/Supervision: Medical Direction
  • Credentialing Time Frame: 90 days
  • Certifications: BC or BE within 5 years of residency. Must have ACLS and PALS
  • Active OH License: Provider must currently be licensed in OH to be submitted
  • Flights/Lodging/Rental Car or Mileage: YesThe Independence Difference:
