• Site can be flexible on weeks available

Licenses & Certifications

Board Certification

• Board Certified OB/GYN highly preferred
• Truly Board Eligible required

License Requirements

• Active Washington license highly preferred
• IMLC accepted
• Active IMLC with LOQ in hand required if no Washington license

Certifications

• BLS required
• DEA highly preferred and required during credentialing

Location Preference

• Local candidates strongly preferred

• 18-24 patients per day

• 60-70% Obstetrics
• 30-40% Gynecology

Obstetrics

• High-risk and low-risk pregnancies
• Diabetes
• Hypertension
• Advanced maternal age
• Twin pregnancies
• Diverse patient population

Gynecology

• Annual exams
• Abnormal uterine bleeding
• Birth control management
• Surgical consultations
• Fibroids
• Polyps
• Office circumcisions available

Clinical ResponsibilitiesObstetrics

• Manage Labor & Delivery patients
• Assist CNMs and Family Practice OB physicians
• OB patient management in clinic
• Care for high-risk and low-risk pregnancies

Gynecology

• ER gynecology coverage
• Contraceptive management
• Office procedures
• Surgical consultations

Required Procedures

• Labor & Delivery management
• GYN ER coverage
• Assist CNMs/FPOBs
• Level I Nursery coverage
• Comfortable practicing in a Critical Access Hospital environment

Office Procedures & Services

• LEEP procedures
• Colposcopy
• IUD placement and management
• Nexplanon placement
• Depo-Provera administration
• Mirena and Paragard insertions
• Office procedure room available

Ultrasound

• Dedicated sonographer onsite
• Locums provider generally not responsible for ultrasound interpretation
