Are you an experienced HVAC/R Technician who takes pride in diagnosing problems, delivering quality workmanship, and providing outstanding customer service? We're looking for a Lead HVAC/R Technician who can work independently, mentor others when needed, and help maintain the high standards our customers expect.
You'll work on a variety of residential and light commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment while enjoying steady, year-round work with a company that values integrity, teamwork, and professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems
- Service rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, heat pumps, package units, and refrigeration equipment
- Repair and maintain walk-in coolers and freezers
- Perform equipment installations, replacements, and system upgrades
- Complete preventative maintenance and inspections
- Clearly communicate findings and repair options with customers
- Complete work orders accurately and efficiently
- Participate in an on-call rotation
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of HVAC/R service experience
- EPA Refrigerant Certification required
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Experience with residential and commercial HVAC systems
- Ability to work independently and manage daily service calls
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
