Anesthesiologist 15 Shifts Per Month Indianapolis Suburb Indianapolis A well-established hospital-employed group is seeking a full-time Anesthesiologist to join an experienced team and help support continued surgical growth. This is a physician-only practice with a sustainable schedule, strong surgeon collaboration, and a top-of-range W2 salary. Practice Highlights Ideal Work Environment: Physician-only anesthesia model with no supervision. Work your own cases alongside a strong, experienced OR team. Work-Life Balance: Roughly 15 clinical days per month with a typical 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM day. Desirable Practice Setting: Join a stable group of eight anesthesiologists, expanding to ten, covering four ORs, a dedicated C-section suite, two minor procedure rooms, and two endoscopy suites Culture & Support: Strong, collaborative relationships between anesthesiologists and surgeons within a growing, well-supported surgical program.
