- Location: 90 min. from Denver
Facility: hospital; 413-bed Hospital
Schedule: 24-hour call, 7a-7a.
Setting: Inpatient; EMR-EPIC
Practice Details: Age range of patients: 1 and above. Surgery volume on call and average number of patients varies at a given time. Level 1 trauma designation. - Required Procedures: Adult and trauma Neurosurgery cases, tumor removal, brain bleed stoppage, trauma repair, shunt insertion or revision, cranial burr holes, intracranial pressure monitor or insertion of, intracranial hemorrhage, traumatic brain injury, neurocritical conditions, ventricular taps, ventriculoperitoneal shunt/taps/reprogramming. These are some examples of procedures-not all are listed. Must be able to perform Spinal instrumentation.
- Certifications/Licenses: BC, active CO license, ACLS, BLS, AND ATLS required. Fellowship preferred, not required.
