• Lead quality improvement, provider mentorship, and operational strategy
  
• Phone-only call 1:11 rotation
  

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $200K $260K

Requirements

• BC/BE in IM or FM
  
• CPR, NPDB
  
• Minimum 3 years ambulatory care experience
  
• Leadership experience required
  
• Vermont license or the ability to obtain one
