We're looking for a skilled MIG Welder to join a leading manufacturer of premium, custom-engineered equipment. If you take pride in precision, enjoy hands-on work, and want to be part of a team building innovative products, this is your opportunity.
Work in a modern facility designed to maximize productivity while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and teamwork.
? What You'll Do- Start your day with a 6:30 AM safety meeting to keep everyone protected and prepared
- Participate in daily team planning sessions to align on production goals
- Work in small, collaborative teams (2-3 people) on projects of varying size
- Read blueprints and work instructions to lay out and prepare materials
- Perform MIG welding on carbon steel, fabricating and assembling components
- Ensure precision fit and high-quality welds that meet industry standards
Required:
- 6+ months of MIG welding experience (schooling or on-the-job)
- Ability to read blueprints and use a tape measure accurately
- Experience working with carbon steel
Preferred:
- Flux-core welding experience
- Ability to pass a bend test and run a bevel
- TIG welding experience
- Experience with stainless steel welding
- Open-air, climate-regulated welding facility (can get warm in summer)
- Consistent schedule with overtime opportunity
Hours:
- Monday-Thursday: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- Friday: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
- Occasional Saturdays

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Gatesville, TX.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.29 - $26.37/hr.
