Attention to detail and teamwork are essential to uphold sanitation standards and deliver food preparation tasks effectively with minimal direct customer interaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage station setup, order handling, and breakdown efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations following established practices
- Keep stations stocked and ensure compliance with FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures
- Prepare food items according to standard recipes and guidelines
- Handle kitchen equipment safely and maintain operational readiness
- Collaborate with team members to foster a productive kitchen environment
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in kitchen operations
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Experience with inventory management and stock control
