Office Manager
Location: South Littleton, CO 80120
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Position Overview
We are seeking a sharp, dependable Office Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can quickly learn new systems and processes. This role is central to keeping our office running smoothly while supporting both administrative and basic accounting functions. A friendly, professional demeanor is essential, as you will often be the first point of contact for visitors and callers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk and handle incoming calls with professionalism
- Oversee daily office operations, including coordinating building maintenance as needed
- Order, track, and maintain office supplies
- Assist with mailing and general administrative tasks
- Process invoices and expense reports
- Support accounting functions and potentially assist with payroll entry, including tracking project hours
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Dependable, proactive, and able to learn quickly
- Friendly and professional communication style
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required)
- Prior accounting or A/P experience is a plus, but not required
