About Optic Window Cleaning

Optic Window Cleaning is a growing residential window cleaning company based in Northville, MI. We take pride in delivering spotless results and building lasting relationships with homeowners across the metro area. As we expand, we're looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our sales team and help us grow door to door.

What You'll Do

- Canvass residential neighborhoods in the Northville, Novi, Plymouth, and Canton areas

- Knock on doors, introduce Optic Window Cleaning, and present our services to homeowners

- Close jobs on the spot and schedule appointments for our cleaning crew

- Place yard signs at completed job sites to generate additional leads

- Represent the company professionally in our branded polo shirt and name tag

- Log every interaction and booked job in our Notion tracking system

- Report daily activity and commissions earned

Pay - 100% Commission

- Earn 20% of every job you close

- Average residential job: $300-$499

- Your cut per close: $60-$100+

- Top reps earn $100-$200+ per session

- Commission paid after customer payment is received

Training Provided

- Day 1: Shadow an experienced rep and learn the pitch

- Week 1: Supervised rounds with real-time coaching

- Week 2+: Go solo with full commission on every close

- No prior sales experience needed - we'll teach you everything

Requirements

- Reliable transportation to reach assigned neighborhoods

- Smartphone for logging jobs and communication

- Outgoing personality and willingness to knock on doors

- Available weekdays and/or weekends (flexible scheduling)

- Must be 16 or older
