This role primarily covers DuPage County (Naperville, Downers Grove, Carol Stream, Wheaton, Addison, Chicago and nearby areas).
We provide qualified leads, full backend support, and industry-leading tools-while you also build your own pipeline through networking, canvassing, and referrals.

What We're Looking For - Proven success in sales (roofing, solar, or home improvement preferred)
- Insurance claim experience is a plus
- Strong closing skills and excellent communication
- Self-motivated, organized, and independent
- Comfortable performing rooftop inspections
- Tech-savvy with ability to use CRM and digital tools
- Ability to climb ladders and access rooftops safely
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license
- High school diploma or equivalent required
What You'll Do - Conduct in-home roofing consultations and inspections
- Present solutions and close deals with confidence
- Generate new business through canvassing, networking, and referrals
- Follow up with company-provided warm leads
- Educate homeowners on roofing materials, warranties, and installation options
- Coordinate with internal teams for a smooth customer experience
- Maintain client communication from first contact to project completion
- Track appointments and sales progress using digital tools
