Foremost Exteriors is looking for driven, competitive professionals to join our Outside Sales team. This is a commission-only position with serious income potential and real upward mobility.
If you're tired of low ceilings, micromanagers, or broken systems - this is your shot at something better.
What You'll Do:
Identify and generate leads through canvassing, referrals, and inbound leads
Perform roof and exterior inspections (yes, you'll be on roofs)
Guide homeowners through insurance claims and estimates
Present good-better-best solutions with our easy-to-use estimating software
Close deals and hand off to our support team so you can focus on selling
Track progress in our CRM and attend weekly sales meetings
What We're Looking For:
Natural communicator with strong relationship-building skills
Goal-oriented and self-driven
Organized and able to manage your own pipeline
Experience in sales, customer service, or face-to-face work is a plus
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
Must be able to climb ladders and walk roofs
Must be able to work full time and in person
What You'll Get:
Commission-only role with no income cap
Reps typically earn $75,000-$150,000+ annually
Paid Sick Time + Paid Vacation
Company truck available after hitting performance goals
Tools provided: iPad, branded gear, ladder, inspection kit
Training provided - weekly coaching + access to RSRA
Bonus opportunities (performance and referrals)
Fast-track incentive: Close $100K in 60 days = $2,500 bonus
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
