Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist II (English/Spanish)

Responsibilities of the Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist II
- Must go between any client sites if and when needed
- Recruit/assist with filling ALL client orders/positions for needed talent as required
- Maintain clear and concise communication with both the branch office and temporary staff
- Handle human resource issues in combination with the GreenKiss corporate office
- Check voicemail upon arrival and regularly throughout the day
- Create a daily task list that outlines first-hour objectives, shift goals, and daily priorities
- Ensure notes are entered into Avionte as soon as you arrive on-site and updated regularly throughout the day
- Meet with client-specific supervisors at the beginning and middle of each shift to discuss bottlenecks and staffing needs
- Maintain open order reports provided to the branch and ensure candidate submittals are moved to interview in a timely manner
- Assist on the client's production floor as needed and, when permitted, train and guide temporary employees on proper task completion
- Ensure compliance with all GKSS policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with all client-specific policies and procedures
- Maintain GKSS' 4 Core On-Site Practices related to employee injury reporting:
- Observe
- Report
- Prevent
- Resolve
- Teach, evaluate, coach, assess, monitor, and mentor temporary labor staff on an ongoing basis
- Conduct daily follow-up with the local branch office regarding new starts and pending open orders
- Confirm all client new hires report for day one of their assignment and ensure all onboarding processes are completed
- Prepare time records as needed and permitted
- Liaise with supervisors at corporate client locations and develop strong working relationships
- Maintain accurate filing systems and ensure proper record retention, security, and protection of employee records
- Transfer and dispose of records according to retention schedules and company policies
- Plan, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and protocols for temporary labor forces at client locations as necessary
- Maintain ongoing communication with client supervisors regarding candidate submittals, open orders, and staffing needs
- Perform other related duties as required, including:
- Administering drug tests
- Hosting trainings
- Distributing PPE
- Other on-site staffing support functions
Qualifications of the Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist II
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Knowledge of food manufacturing, GMPs, and OSHA guidelines; experience with efficiencies and lean manufacturing is a plus
- Human Resources knowledge and/or certification preferred
- Knowledge of effective hiring and termination practices
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy when preparing, entering, and communicating information
- Strong stress management and time management skills
- Strong computer proficiency, including:
- Microsoft Word
- Outlook
- Excel
- Other Microsoft Office applications
