Superior Skilled Trades is hiring Journeyman Electricians for an immediate start in Palm Coast, FL!
Pay: $25/hr. - $35/hr.
Job Title: Journeyman Electrician
Location: Palm Coast, FL 32164
Schedule: 7:00 AM Start Time 40 Hours per Week Possible Overtime
Assignment Length: 4+ months
We are seeking experienced Journeyman-level Electricians for a large-scope project in Palm Coast, FL. Candidates must have strong commercial/industrial experience and be capable of performing journeyman-level work independently. This role requires individuals with 6-8 years of electrical experience who can handle conduit installation, terminations, and field instrument installations.
Key Responsibilities
- Electrical Installation
- Run and bend conduit including EMT and Rigid
- Operate hand and electric conduit benders
- Run and pull various sizes and types of wire
- Install electrical enclosures
- Install field instruments such as pressure transmitters
- Perform electrical terminations (preferred)
- Install stainless steel pneumatic tubing (preferred)
- Assist with cable tray installation (a plus)
Requirements
- 6-8 years minimum electrical experience
- Journeyman license preferred (not required)
- Apprentice electricians must be capable of performing at journeyman level
- Strong experience with conduit installation (EMT & Rigid)
- Experience with conduit bending (hand & electric)
- Experience pulling wire and installing enclosures
- Familiarity with commercial/industrial job site expectations
- Must be able to perform job duties that require standing, crouching, twisting upper body, working at heights, and lifting up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
- Position requires the use of PPE, including: Steel-Toe work boots, safety vest, hard hat, safety glasses, and gloves
- Must have standard electrical hand tools.
Additional requirements for Electrician:
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must have reliable transportation to the job site
