Protech Staffing is seeking a Commercial HVAC Estimator to support our client. This is a Direct Hire position. This role is responsible for reviewing project plans and specifications, performing HVAC take-offs, and preparing accurate cost estimates for commercial HVAC projects.
Responsibilities:
- Review drawings, specifications, and bid documents
- Perform HVAC take-offs using estimating software
- Prepare labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor estimates
- Support bid preparation and pricing strategies
- Participate in job walks and pre-bid meetings
- Assist with project turnover and post-bid reviews
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of HVAC, mechanical construction, field service, or estimating experience
- Ability to read construction drawings and specifications
- Strong Excel and computer skills
- Experience with digital take-off software preferred
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
