Job description

We are seeking a Physician specializing in Obstetrics/Gynecology for a 4-day assignment in Indiana, starting Jul 20, 2026. This role involves 24-hour shifts and comprehensive duties including FHR interpretation, management of low and high-risk cases, OB ultrasounds, amniocentesis, repair of lacerations, and a variety of office, minor, and surgical gynecology procedures like IUD insertion, cystoscopy, colposcopy, cryosurgery, LEEP, and laparoscopic procedures for ectopic pregnancies and ovary removal. Responsibilities and Duties FHR interpretation - NST/CST/FSE low & high risk OB Ultrasounds - Performance of, interpretation Amniocentesis Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations Office/minor gynecology - IUD, Cystoscopy, Colposcopy, cryosurgery, LEEP, etc. Surgical gynecology Laparoscopic diagnostic/minor only - tubal ligation, LOA's, chronal tubation Operative/major (includes diagnostic) - ectopic pregnancy, ovary removal, cystectomy, extensive LOA's Additional Information Required Board Certifications: Obstetrics and Gynecology EMR: Cerner Benefits Strong compensation Travel-related expenses covered A-rated medical malpractice insurance provided Dedicated recruiter for future travel opportunities What are Locum Tenens Jobs?
