Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon Opportunity Oregon A well-established Level II trauma center is seeking a Fellowship-Trained Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon to join a collaborative and growing team. Position Highlights: Practice exclusively at a Level II Trauma Center Join a 3-surgeon Orthopedic Trauma team with dedicated APC support (expanding team) 10 shifts per month (24-hour shifts) with flexible scheduling Shared coverage of trauma clinic, OR, and call (resident takes first call) Strong support from an Orthopedic Residency Program with opportunities to teach residents and medical students Diverse case mix including: Orthopedic trauma Motor vehicle accidents Pediatric and geriatric fractures Periarticular fractures Pelvis and acetabular trauma Non-unions (No requirement for revision arthroplasty) Large referral network serving 300,000+ population across multiple counties Access to a high-quality ambulatory surgery center for outpatient procedures Qualifications: Board Certified / Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery Fellowship training in Orthopedic Trauma Strong clinical and communication skills Team-oriented with interest in teaching and mentorship Eligible to work in the United States Prior experience preferred, but new graduates welcome Compensation & Benefits:
