Hand & Upper Extremity Orthopedic Surgeon Oregon A regional Level II trauma center is seeking a Fellowship-Trained Hand & Upper Extremity Orthopedic Surgeon to join a comprehensive and well-supported orthopedic team. Position Highlights: Employed position with productivity-based compensation Practice at a Level II Trauma Center and regional referral hub Access to excellent resources including: Hospital-owned ASC Main OR Onsite imaging Dedicated hand therapy WALANT procedure room Established Hand to Shoulder clinic with strong outpatient volume and dedicated OR time Broad case mix including fingertip to elbow (option to expand into shoulder) 1:4 hand call , supported by orthopedic residents Opportunity to work with collegiate athletes Robust referral network serving 300,000+ population across multiple counties Collaborative environment with mid-level support and resident involvement EPIC EMR system Qualifications: Fellowship-trained in Hand & Upper Extremity CAQ in Hand Surgery (or eligible) Board Certified / Board Eligible Strong clinical and communication skills Team-oriented with a commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care Eligible to work in the United States Experience preferred, but new graduates encouraged to apply
