- Experience: Minimum of 23+ weeks neonatal clinical experience, including procedures like intubation, chest tubes, umbilical lines, PICC lines, arterial sticks, and IV access

What You'll Do
- Provide neonatal care in a Level III NICU setting
- Assist with advanced procedures such as intubation, chest tubes, umbilical and PICC line placement, arterial lines, and IV insertions
- Manage respiratory support, resuscitations, and stabilization of neonates
- Support transport and transfer of fragile patients safely
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team providing high-quality care
- Participate in on-site procedures and patient monitoring during assigned shifts
What You Need
- Valid PA license in Neonatology or appropriate certification
- Minimum of 23+ weeks experience working in a level III NICU
- Proficiency in neonatal procedures and resuscitation techniques
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and within a team
