Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled
CNC Machinist to set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines to produce high-quality precision parts. The ideal candidate will have experience reading blueprints, using measuring tools, and ensuring that all products meet strict quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines, including mills, lathes, or grinders.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
- Adjust machine settings, tooling, and offsets for optimal performance.
- Perform quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues to maintain production efficiency.
- Maintain machines, tools, and work area to ensure safety and functionality.
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CNC Machinist.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and using precision measuring tools.
- Familiarity with G-code, M-code, and CNC programming.
- Ability to operate and adjust various CNC machines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
