Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients to understand project needs and present tailored solutions that align with their home.
- Prepare detailed estimates by analyzing project specifications, drawings and bid documents using tools like Moraware
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients to secure profitable agreements while maintaining excellent customer relations.
- Assist in managing project budgets by monitoring cost,implementing cost control measures , and ensuring estimates stay within scope
- Support the sales process from initial inquiry , providing timely follow-up and communication
Skills
- Strong negotiation skills to achieve favorable terms while fostering client relationship
- Preferred experience in countertop or cabinet estimating
- Good understanding of construction estimating principles
- Excellent communication skills with client

Experience:
- Countertop, cabinet or remodeling :1 year (Preferred)
