Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to assist with our company's daily field operations. The ideal candidate must have an EPA Certification and will be a key player in addressing service and maintenance calls, while working as a team towards achieving business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems.
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with HVAC equipment.
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards are followed.
- Documenting work and maintaining records within company system of record.
- Interpreting blueprints and using HVAC software.
- Potentially responding to emergencies during off-hours.
- Miscellaneous tasks, as assigned by management.
- Completing service calls
- Complete work orders assigned through various stages of new build construction.
Qualifications
- Have a professional demeanor, demonstrated with competence, integrity, respect, and a positive attitude.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem solving, and leadership skills are essential.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, using HVAC software, and performing physically demanding tasks.
- Knowledge of all local HVAC codes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to collaborate with other technicians, contractors, and management to complete jobs effectively.
- Mitsubishi HVAC equipment experience
