About the Role
We service and maintain:
- Residential furnaces, air conditioners
- Heat pumps and minisplits
- Communicating and advanced control systems
This position is ideal for:
- Experienced residential service technicians
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and air handlers.
- Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-ups
- Communicate findings clearly with customers and deliver a 5-star experience
- Complete electronic invoicing, forms, and job documentation
- Uphold company policies and maintain a safe work environment

Requirements
- 2+ years of HVAC experience
- EPA 608 certification (Type II or Universal preferred)
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and some rooftop comfortability
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
Work Schedule
- Full-time
- Standard weekday schedule
- Rotating on-call availability
