Kitchen Manager
The Boxer Kitchen & Bar - Clearwater Beach, FL
The Boxer Kitchen & Bar is looking for a motivated Kitchen Manager to help lead our back-of-house team. We're looking for someone who can lead by example, work the line alongside the team, and help maintain a fast-paced, organized kitchen.
This is a hands-on leadership position-not a desk job.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach the kitchen team during service
- Cook on the line during shifts
- Maintain food quality and consistency
- Ensure food safety and cleanliness standards are met
- Assist with inventory, ordering, and scheduling
- Perform quality checks and help maintain kitchen standards
- Help train and develop new team members
- Work with management to improve kitchen operations
Qualifications
- Kitchen leadership experience preferred
- Strong cooking skills in a high-volume environment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable, organized, and able to lead under pressure
- Nights, weekends, and holidays are required
Schedule
- Four 10-hour shifts per week
- Weekends required
Pay & Benefits
- $22-$24 per hour, based on experience
