Senior Superintendent (Mid-to-High-Rise Lead Supervisor)
Location: Buffalo, NY
Full-Time
Salary: $90,000-$130,000 (Based on Experience)
Monday-Friday (Daytime Hours) Weekends As Needed
A well-established and highly respected construction firm is seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent to lead a large-scale development in Buffalo, NY. This is a high-impact leadership role ideal for a candidate with a strong track record in construction and a hands-on, solutions-driven approach to jobsite operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily on-site construction activities for multi-story, multifamily developments.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, field staff, and construction phases.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, scheduling, and quality control.
- Conduct regular site meetings and provide clear reporting to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineers, and Owners for efficient execution.
- Mentor and guide assistant superintendents and field teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 10+ years of commercial/multifamily construction experience, including 5+ story wood-frame or mixed-use structures.
- Proven ability to manage complex, urban construction environments.
- Proficient with Procore, Primavera P6, Raken, and Microsoft Office.
- Deep knowledge of OSHA compliance; OSHA 30 and First Aid/CPR certifications preferred.
- Strong communicator and team leader with a proactive mindset.
