Premium Compensation Short-Term Assignment Immediate Need
We are actively seeking a Board-Certified Interventional Cardiologist for a highly compensated locum tenens opportunity with a leading healthcare system in Grand Forks, North Dakota .
Assignment Details
- Coverage Dates: September 2 September 8
- Orientation: September 1
- Schedule: 24-hour call coverage beginning 7:30 AM on September 2 through 7:30 AM on September 8
- Immediate Need: Candidate must be available and ready to commit to these dates
Compensation
- 24-Hour Call Rate: $2900 per day
- Call Back Rate: $500 per hour
- Only 3 hours gratis per 24-hour call shift
Practice Highlights
- Modern facility utilizing Epic EMR
- APP support available weekdays from 8:30 AM 4:30 PM
- Mix of inpatient, outpatient, emergency, and elective procedural cases
- Opportunity to work within a collaborative cardiovascular team
Required Skills & Procedures
Candidates must be comfortable performing:
- Cardiac Catheterization
- PCI/Stent Placement
- STEMI Management
- EKG Interpretation
- Transthoracic & Transesophageal Echocardiography (TEE)
- General Interventional Cardiology Procedures
Requirements
- Board Certified in Interventional Cardiology
- Active North Dakota License preferred
- Will consider providers with an active IMLC Letter of Qualification (LOQ)
- Clean background required for expedited temporary privileges
- Ability to commit to all requested coverage dates
Credentialing
- Approximately 45-day credentialing process
- Temporary privileges available for qualified candidates with a clean file, allowing immediate coverage
