We're seeking an experienced occupational therapist to join a busy outpatient rehab team at Northside Hospital Forsyth for a 13-week assignment. This role is on-site in Cumming, GA (2000 Howard Farm Dr, ), and we're specifically looking for candidates located more than 50 miles away.
Schedule and duration
- 13-week contract
- Typical hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-6:15 PM (hours may vary based on department needs)
Experience and certifications
- Minimum of 2 years of OT experience required
- AHA BLS required
- Lymphedema certification required
About the department
- Outpatient, multidisciplinary rehab services including physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech-language pathology
- Specialty services offered: certified hand therapy (CHT), wound care, lymphedema treatment, vestibular rehab, aquatics, sports rehab, Parkinson's care, and instrumental swallow studies (MBS & FEES)
Compensation
- Weekly gross pay: $2,366
- Taxable W-2 pay: $59.15/hour
- Stipend: $1,246
