Overview:
Our surgical center in Nashville is seeking a Physician Assistant to join our collaborative and patient-focused clinical team. Our role offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced physicians and advanced practice providers in a supportive surgical environment. Our position supports professional growth while maintaining strong work life balance.
Position Offers:
• Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM schedule
• Competitive salary of $120,000 $130,000 (DOE) plus bonuses

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct patient evaluations and comprehensive clinical assessments
• Develop and manage individualized patient care plans
• Provide preoperative and postoperative patient care
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical teams to ensure continuity of care
• Educate patients on treatment plans, procedures, and recovery expectations
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Coordinate patient care across specialties and services
• Monitor patient progress and communicate updates with the care team
Qualifications:
• Active Tennessee Physician Assistant licensure
• Clinical experience in surgical or related healthcare settings preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and patient management skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Experience with electronic medical documentation systems preferred
