  • Work Schedule: Mon - Thursday 4p-8am and Friday - Mon 4pm-8am
  • 7 on/7 off required or Week on two weeks off
  • Staff Information: Staffed with mid level support
  • Patient Information: Census is 2 patient transfers and 3 program admissions.
    Requirements to apply: -Current CV with all gaps explained (within the last 6 months)
    -Names/numbers of 3 references
    -U.S. Citizenship required or Green Card Holder
    -Must have worked within the last 6 months
  • Pay Information: $120k for Week on Two weeks off or Week on Week off $170k a year or 1099 $75 an hour
    No Holiday Pay or overtime rates
  • Privileging Details: • Timeline: 6 weeks List Required health documentation:
    MMR, Hep B, Varicella, Tetanus (Td), PPD, Flu,
    Required certifications BLS, ACLS & ATLS
    Fingerprints/background check is
  • Board Certification Requirements: Certified or Eligible
