• Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

• Join a large, established, and rapidly growing primary care organization

• Multiple openings available across four brand-new clinic locations

• Provider will practice exclusively at one location:

  • Rosenberg - Spanish bilingual required

  • Missouri City - Spanish bilingual required

  • Firethorne - Spanish bilingual required

  • Sugar Land - Spanish not required

• Outpatient-only practice

• Care for patients ages 0-65

• Must be comfortable treating patients across the lifespan

• Commercial insurance patient population only

• Annual women's wellness exams required

• Monday-Friday

• 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

• No weekends

• No call

• No inpatient responsibilities (optional hospital privileges available for referral purposes)

• Ramp up to approximately 17-21 patients per day
