What You ll Do
- Provide comprehensive trauma and surgical care during overnight shifts
- Manage trauma admissions, emergency general surgeries, and inpatient cases
- Perform evaluations, develop care plans, interpret diagnostic tests
- Assist trauma surgeons with procedures, resuscitation, and operative support
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and maintain documentation in Epic EMR
- Support quality and safety metrics, contribute to performance improvements
- Engage in ongoing professional development and leadership opportunities
What You Need
Required: - Colorado Medical License and Physician Assistant Certification
- At least 2 years of trauma surgery experience or completion of a surgical fellowship
- Ability to work autonomously, handle complex tasks, and collaborate effectively
Preferred: - Experience in high-acuity surgical environments
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
