What You ll Do:
  • Provide neonatal specialty patient care in a Level-IIIB NICU environment
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary NICU team to deliver high-quality care
  • Engage in quality improvement initiatives and staff education activities
  • Support families with patient-centered care and NICU family support programs
  • Participate in new graduate mentorship and ongoing professional development
  • Utilize advanced neonatal ventilator and supportive equipment
  • Contribute to hospital programs like Angel Eye for family-patient connectivity
What You Need:
Required:
  • Board Certified Neonatal NP (no PAs, FNP, or PNP accepted)
  • Valid NP license in Missouri
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced NICU setting

Preferred:
  • Prior neonatal intensive care experience
  • Commitment to patient and family-centered care
  • Enthusiasm for quality improvement and staff education
