Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Location Hugo - Colorado
3-6 month Assignment

Seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant proficient in Primary Care / Family Medicine for a 3 6 month assignment. The ideal provider must be comfortable performing common in-office procedures, including:

• Joint injections

• Toenail removals

• Lesion removals

• Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

• Includes some administrative time

• Clinic closed 12:00 PM 1:00 PM for lunch

• Must be able to see 20 patients/day

• Current staffing:

  • One provider working 3 days/week

  • One physician providing care on Wednesdays

• Primary location: Byers Clinic

• May occasionally cover Limon, Hugo, or Flagler

• Housing available in Hugo ( minutes from Byers)

  • Dorm-style accommodations

• Active Medical License

• Active DEA registered in Colorado

• Current ACLS, ATLS, PALS, and BLS (no certifications expiring within 30 days)

• Board Certification (if applicable)

• CME credits from the last 24 months

• Case logs

• CAQH number

• Start date availability to support Lincoln Community Hospital patient needs
