Job description

The Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner is responsible for providing comprehensive and high quality behavioral health services to the complex and diverse older adults, including those who may reside in assisted living facilities & skilled nursing facilities. Incumbent delivers behavioral health care & manages a caseload of clients referred by the individual s PCP. There are 2 open positions. One is covering Lynn/Brighton, MA locations and the other covering Beverly/Gloucester, MA locations.
