Surgery - Vascular Nurse Practitioner

Schedule:
ASAP start
7 10 day coverage blocks
12-hour shifts (M F)
24-hour shifts on weekends
In-house coverage with call

Assignment Details:
Hospital-based cardiovascular surgery coverage
First assist in OR (primary responsibility), Rounding in PCU + clinic support, Floor procedures include chest tubes and thoracentesis, ER and cath lab consults
20 patients/day
Working with 3 surgeons + APP team
EMR: eClinicalWorks
EVH system: Getinge Vasoview Hemopro 2

Requirements:
ACTIVE SC license required to start credentialing
Must be comfortable first assisting in CV surgery
