Family Nurse Practitioner
Location: Granger, IN Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join a collaborative specialty medical practice focused on patient-centered care. This role is ideal for an NP who enjoys building strong patient relationships, creating personalized care plans, and expanding their clinical expertise through hands-on training and mentorship.
No prior experience in TMJ, headache, lifestyle, or sleep medicine is required. Comprehensive clinical training and ongoing professional development will be provided.
Schedule
Responsibilities
Independently evaluate new patients and manage their complete care experience
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
Perform clinical assessments and follow-up care
Provide physical medicine treatments including laser therapy, injection therapy, trigger point therapy, prolotherapy, PRP/PRF, nerve blocks, manual therapy, and fascial release techniques
Support patients through wellness, nutrition, sleep, and lifestyle-focused care plans
Monitor health markers and guide patients toward improved function and quality of life
Collaborate with multidisciplinary providers including nurse practitioners, dentists, oral surgeons, orthodontists, and other healthcare professionals
Maintain accurate documentation and consistent patient follow-up

Adaptable and able to work effectively in a changing clinical environment
Detail-oriented with strong documentation and follow-through
Motivated to learn new specialty areas and expand clinical skills
Enjoys working in a collaborative, team-based practice setting
Qualifications
Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing (MSN/DNP) from an accredited program
Active Family Nurse Practitioner board certification (AANP or ANCC)
Active Indiana RN and NP licenses or eligibility to obtain
Active DEA registration or ability to obtain
Current BLS certification
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred
