Nurse Practitioner Urology Full-Time Permanent
We are partnering with a leading national physician group to find a skilled and motivated Nurse Practitioner with urology or gynecology experience for a full-time permanent opportunity. This is an excellent position for a board-certified or board-eligible NP looking for a stable, well-compensated role within a large, established practice network.

- Schedule: Full-Time, M-F, 8-5 Permanent, Flexible 4 or 5 day workweek, No call
- Location: Findlay, OH
- Compensation: $120K-$140K

About the Role
As a Nurse Practitioner managing a busy outpatient urology clinic, you will provide comprehensive outpatient urology care to adult patients within a well-resourced, multi-site practice environment. You will be supported by a dedicated administrative and clinical infrastructure, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage 15-20 patients per day, including new and established patients
- Provide full-scope obstetric and gynecological care to patients
- Perform evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment planning for OB/GYN patients
- Conduct deliveries, surgical procedures, and post-operative care as required
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and specialists
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with facility standards
- Uphold patient safety, quality, and compliance standards
- Cerner/Oracle EMR
Requirements
- Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible (AANP or ANCC) required
- Active state medical license (or willingness to obtain) required
- DEA license (must be obtained prior to start) required
- Clean malpractice and license history highly preferred
- Must be interested in full-time or part-time employment (indicate preference)
- No visa sponsorship available (J1 or H1B not accepted)
- Note: Provider clearance is conducted on a facility-by-facility basis
