Position Details:
- Role: Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
- Start Date: June 15, 2026
- Contract Length: 14 weeks (through September 18, 2026, with potential to extend)
- Schedule:
- Tuesday & Thursday: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
- Friday: 7:00 AM 11:00 AM
- Hours: 24 hours per week
- Charting System: Epic
Scope of Practice Includes:
- Annual physicals & preventative care
- Chronic condition management
- Acute and urgent care visits
- Women s health & pediatric care
- Biometric screenings & lab draws
- Immunizations (flu, allergy shots, etc.)
Compensation

- 100% Malpractice Paid
