What You ll Do: - Provide first assist support for robotic gynecological surgeries in an inpatient OR setting
- Assist surgeons during approximately 2-6 procedures daily
- Collaborate with surgical team to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Cerner/Oracle EMR
- Adhere to facility protocols and standards of care
- Support the surgical team in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
What You Need: - Active Nurse Practitioner license in NJ (or eligible without licensing delay)
- First Assist Certification, including robot-assisted procedures
- Minimum of X years of gynecological surgical experience
- Proficiency with robotic surgical procedures preferred
- Ability to work autonomously under surgeon supervision
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
