Position: HVAC Technician
Location: Hunt Valley, MD
Pay: $35 to $38/hour
Experience:
- 2 years of HVAC troubleshooting experience required.
- Commercial HVAC experience is preferred.
Education: EPA/CFC Certification (Required).
Type: Full-time; Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday - Friday
HireOne Staffing is seeking an HVAC Technician to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
- Support advanced service, diagnostics, and installations across a diverse residential and commercial portfolio.
- Handle complex repairs and system replacements beyond property-level maintenance teams.
- Diagnose, repair, and install HVAC systems.
- Assist with water heater installations (residential & commercial).
- Charge and service refrigerants: R-410A, R-22, A2L.
- Troubleshoot components: Capacitors, boards, blowers, and motors.
- Evaluate repair vs. replacement decisions.
- Support large-scale installs and capital projects.
Position Requirements:
- Valid driver's license.
- Providing your own truck/van is highly preferred.
