Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Upholstery Technician who takes pride in craftsmanship, precision, and creating high-quality custom seating, panels, and soft goods.

Responsibilities
- Cover, staple, and assemble upholstered pieces for marine interiors
- Read and follow blueprints and work instructions
- Use hand and pneumatic tools to fit, stretch, and fasten materials
- Work independently and collaboratively within a close-knit team
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Qualifications
- Experience in marine, automotive, furniture, or similar upholstery preferred
- Strong hand-tool skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable performing physical work including lifting, bending, and stretching materials
- Reliable, positive attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced shop environment
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain quality standards
