Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems
- Perform system diagnostics, troubleshooting, and equipment testing
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
- Provide excellent customer service with respect and professionalism
- Document work accurately and maintain clear communication
- Collaborate within small local teams and support training efforts
- Utilize standard HVAC tools and mobile communication apps effectively
Required Qualifications
- EPA Section 608 Certification
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in HVAC
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of HVAC system installation and preventative maintenance
- Familiarity with electrical systems and refrigeration principles
- Strong customer communication and problem-solving skills
- Effective time management and teamwork abilities
