Bilingual Accounts Payable Administrator (Spanish/English) St. Petersburg, FL (100% On-Site) $24-$26/hour
Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented
Bilingual Accounts Payable Administrator to join a fast-paced accounting team in St. Petersburg. This role is responsible for ensuring vendors are paid accurately and on time while maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities - Set up new vendors and maintain vendor records
- Accurately enter and process invoices in a high-volume environment
- Perform three-way matching (invoice, purchase order, and receipt)
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies with vendors and internal departments
- Follow up on invoice approvals with managers
- Track returns and ensure vendor credits are received
- Process weekly payment runs (check, ACH, credit card)
- Support audits and assist with AP-related projects
- Identify and recommend process improvements
Qualifications - Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
- High school diploma or GED required
- 3-5 years of accounts payable experience
- Strong Excel and Outlook skills
- Solid math and data accuracy skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred, not required)
