Electrical Foreman

WE ARE HIRING - ELECTRICAL FOREMAN

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Foreman to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leader who takes pride in delivering high-quality work while effectively managing crews in a fast-paced construction environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise, and coordinate electrical crews on commercial and/or industrial projects.
• Plan daily work activities and ensure projects stay on schedule.
• Read and interpret electrical blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Assign tasks, monitor productivity, and ensure quality workmanship.
• Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing all OSHA and company safety standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, inspectors, and other trades to ensure efficient project execution.
• Identify and resolve job site issues while keeping projects moving forward.
• Train, mentor, and support apprentices and electricians to help them succeed.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Electrical Foreman.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Ability to lead crews, motivate employees, and maintain a positive work environment.
Extensive knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and electrical construction practices.
Experience with commercial and/or industrial electrical installations.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical plans.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong commitment to safety, quality, and productivity.
