Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) - Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Job Details:
- Coverage consists of 4x 10-hour shifts per week (7:00 AM - 5:00 PM) or 5x 8-hour shifts per week (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM)
- Home call required once every 2 weeks; average call frequency is approximately once per week
- Call coverage provided from home 3:00 PM - 7:00 AM on weekdays and 24 hours on weekends with a 30-45 minute callback response time
- Post-call days are almost always off; post-call providers are always first to be released
- Weekly schedule rotates between 4x10 and 5x8 shifts to match block schedules
- Department includes 8 operating rooms with one anesthesia technician providing support
- Patient volume of approximately 200 with age range of 15-100 years
- Bread and butter CRNA work with a daily mix of general, OB/GYN, ENT, and orthopedic cases
- EMR system is Epic; providers with experience may test out of training
- NBCRNA board certification required
- Active South Carolina state license required
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum of 1 year of anesthesia experience required; must be out of training and practicing for at least 2 years
- Clean malpractice history required

The facility utilizes Epic EMR and maintains modern anesthesia equipment to support a broad spectrum of surgical specialties including general surgery, OB/GYN, ENT, and orthopedics.
