Job description
ABOUT THE ROLE:
• The practice is a rapidly growing, fully cash-based longevity and regenerative medicine organization focused on helping high performers overcome brain fog, pain, poor sleep, and low energy so they can perform at their best in all areas of life. Operating outside the insurance system by design, the practice allows providers to spend their time delivering high-level, personalized medicine.
• The practice is seeking a credentialed PA or NP with significant experience in both functional medicine and cellular medicine to join its clinical team. This role is designed for a provider who is already practicing functional medicine, actively pursuing IFM certification, or already certified. Candidates who think in terms of root causes, biological systems, and cellular optimization will thrive in this environment.
• This position is intended to be full-time, though the practice is open to starting part-time with a clear path to full-time for the right candidate.
THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR YOU IF
The practice values transparency and wants to ensure the right fit. This opportunity may not be a match for candidates who:
• Have stopped being curious. They completed certification requirements and no longer feel motivated to stay ahead of evolving science, protocols, and therapies.
• Are looking for a predictable, low-accountability position where simply showing up is enough. The practice values grit, excellence, and proactive ownership.
• Are indifferent to patient outcomes. Helping patients restore energy, improve brain fog, reduce pain, and achieve better health should be meaningful work.
• Resist change. The practice moves quickly, embraces new modalities, and continually evolves its protocols.
• View hospitality as secondary. Creating a warm, attentive, and exceptional patient experience is considered an essential part of care.
• Are seeking an entry point into functional medicine. This role is intended for someone already studying, practicing, or deeply engaged in functional and cellular medicine.
WHAT THE PROVIDER WILL DO?
• Conduct comprehensive functional medicine evaluations using advanced diagnostics including DUTCH, GI-MAP, micronutrient panels, metabolomics, and other advanced testing.
• Design and manage cellular medicine protocols including peptide therapy, ozone therapy, and other regenerative interventions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans integrating nutrition, supplementation, hormone optimization, GLP-1 protocols, and lifestyle medicine.
• Collaborate with the clinical team across service areas including longevity, medical weight loss, and orthopedic/regenerative medicine.
• Build strong patient relationships through extended visits (60-90 minutes), providing thorough and personalized care without rushed appointments.
• Educate and empower patients using clear communication that builds understanding and confidence.
WHAT THE IDEAL CANDIDATE BRINGS?
• Active PA-C or NP licensure (or eligibility).
• IFM certification, IFMCP in progress, or equivalent formal functional medicine training is required.
• Experience with cellular medicine modalities such as peptide therapy, ozone therapy, and regenerative therapies.
• Ability to order and interpret advanced functional labs beyond conventional medical panels.
• A patient-centered communication style with the ability to explain complex physiology in an approachable way.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial practice where protocols evolve and clinical autonomy is encouraged.
CORE VALUES:
• Grit: The team takes on challenges with consistency and determination.
• Grace: The practice leads with patience, kindness, and genuine care.
• Energy: The team brings enthusiasm to the work and models the principles it promotes.
• Excellence: The standard is continuous improvement and delivering exceptional care.
• Proactivity: The team anticipates needs, takes action, and avoids waiting to be directed.
• Curiosity: The practice remains committed to lifelong learning and staying current with science.
The practice believes in providing exceptional hospitality to patients and team members. Every interaction is viewed as an opportunity to help people feel valued, understood, and cared for.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
• Performance-based bonus structure
• Health insurance and 401(k)
• Complimentary and discounted access to services including peptides, regenerative orthopedics, aesthetics, ozone therapy, cellular medicine, and more
• Continuing education support toward IFM certification and advanced clinical training
• A collaborative, physician-led environment where clinical input is valued
For clinicians who have moved beyond conventional medicine and are ready to practice at the intersection of science, longevity, and personalized care, this opportunity offers the chance to make a meaningful impact.
