- Shift: 2:00 2:30 PM to 8:00 8:30 AM (on-site)
- Coverage Type: Scheduled + call
- Call required

- Credentialing: Approximately 60 days
Requirements:
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner
- Active Arizona license required
- Neonatal fellowship preferred
