Job description

Enterprise Medical Recruiting is assisting an established regional health system in recruiting a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Physiatrist to join a growing Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation team serving Midland and Alma, Michigan. This is an excellent opportunity to join a comprehensive rehabilitation program dedicated to maximizing patient independence and quality of life.

Practice Details:

  • Full-time, hospital-employed position
  • Provide inpatient and outpatient PM&R services for an adult population
  • Hospital coverage at two medical centers
  • The RehabCentre features an 18-bed dedicated unit with a full continuum of care
  • Patients receive up to three hours of daily therapy, including physical, occupational, speech, and recreational therapy
  • Access to subspecialty consultations, including neurology, orthopedics, cardiology, pulmonology, and nephrology
  • Treat a wide range of conditions: stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, trauma, and more
  • Collaborative, experienced rehabilitation team with strong administrative and clinical support

Requirements:

  • U.S. medical degree or foreign equivalent
  • Board Certified/Board Eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
  • Eligible for Michigan medical licensure
