Job description



General Description:

  • Great community in northern Michigan
  • Hospital has 49 beds with 9 OB beds
  • Bread and butter Emergency Medicine/ Trauma team available
  • Approximately 45 visits per day

Dates of Coverage:

  • 8 Shifts per month (4 day minimum stretch preferred)
  • 8 Days per month starting at the end of October, 2024

Schedule:

  • 12 Hour Shifts- 7AM to 7PM or 7PM to 7AM
  • No Call-Holidays if scheduled and agreed to flat rate

EMR and Dictation Tools:

  • Meditech

Required experience, training, and certifications:

  • Board Certified
  • ACLS, ATLS, PALS, BLS

Licensing

  • Active MI license and DEA OR an IMLC Letter of Qualification

Credentialing Timeframe:

  • Typically 30 days, but applications are prioritized according to start date
