A large, well-supported healthcare system in Southern California s High Desert region is seeking Board-Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physicians for outpatient locum coverage due to increased patient demand.

Compensation
- $130 per hour + lodging stipend

Position Highlights
- 100% Outpatient Primary Care
- No OB
- No call
- Monday Friday schedule
- Approximately 23 patients per day
- Visits up to 20 minutes
Practice Environment
- Established multi-specialty group with 20+ physicians
- Strong clinical support: 15+ MAs/LVNs
- Dedicated front office, referrals, medical records, and call center teams
- On-site translators available (Spanish preferred but not required)
This is a high-volume setting with strong infrastructure, allowing physicians to focus on patient care without administrative burden.
Requirements
- MD or DO
- Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active California license (or willingness to obtain)
- DEA and BLS required
